Do Engwe e-bikes come with a warranty?
Yes, all our electric bikes come with a 1-year limited warranty covering the battery, motor, and frame against manufacturing defects.
Are the bikes difficult to assemble?
Engwe bikes arrive 85% to 90% pre-assembled. You will typically only need to install the front wheel, pedals, handlebars, and saddle using the toolkit and manual provided.
How far can I ride on a single charge?
Range varies by model and riding conditions, but most Engwe bikes offer between 25 to 50 miles per charge. Using pedal-assist mode will maximize your distance compared to pure electric mode.
